Priorities: High (fixme), Normal(todo), Low(note) should be assigned a weight
each, so that the total weight could be used in health reporting instead.

Say, that High gets weight 10, normal 2 and low 1. (suggestions)

If we now say that Health reporting threshold is 10 for "sun", it would start
reporting for 1 high tasks, or for 5 normal tasks or 10 low tasks.
