I have configured HTTP proxy settings in Jenkins tool(http://vs4bz.bc:8181/hudson/manage), in Manage Jenkins->Manage plugins->Advanced
After I configured respective proxy details I am trying to install plugins from available plugins tab and I am facing the below issue
"*java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/jenkins/plugins/status-view/1.0/status-view.hpi"

the same HTTP proxy setting is working for nexus service which in the same Host(http://vs4bz:8088/nexus/index.html#welcome)

And also to check the connectivity to the target url to download plugins from Jenkins ,I don't have a connectivity check box in Manage plugins/advance (PFA)

Can some one help me on this regard?
