Multibranch project should provide separate SCM source instead of using Branch source

      Multibranch project currently uses BRANCH SCM source as SCM source for each sub-branch job.
      But it's possible that the sub-branch jobs need to have different SCM source from MultiBranch's Branch sources,
      and requires further changes in each of individual branch job.

      Multibranch project should use BRANCH SCM source to create Jenkins jobs for branches,
      and have separate configurations for branch job SCM source.
