Add g2.8xlarge to the list of instance types

      Currently when creating an AMI node, there is an option for g2.2 instance type, but not the new g2.8 instance type. Should be easy to add G28 to the options!

          This requires an updated aws-java-sdk to at least version 1.10.50 as instance type enumeration comes from this package.
