Connection to Docker using a secured TCP socket fails

      Using a secured TCP socket (e.g. tcp://127.0.0.1:2376) fails with the following error log:

      $ docker -H tcp://x.x.x.x:2376 exec --tty 3a4f3e1a0130362dd3683c02fcd2993906254afa30d04b09b674cbcaa216212f env
