A bare installation with the following plugins:

Go to Jenkins users

• Create user zaiboot
• Create user test
• Create user tebis

Now delete users:

• test
• tebis

Go to bash and do the following:

sudo -i -u jenkins
ls users

Verify there is only one user, now. Now compare it to: ./scm-sync-configuration/checkoutConfiguration/users/, there will be 3 users:

And of course, the bitbucket repository is not updated as well.
