Missing artifact names in popover

      Artifact names are missing from the download popover next to the build lane's changelog.
      This happens as soon as the number of artifacts exceeds hudson.model.Run.ArtifactList.listCutoff.
      The list itself remains visible, links are correctly pointing to artifacts, only the names are blank.
