Many core parts of ATH framework - as well as many tests in the ATH framework blindly assume things about the platform which are not guaranteed to be correct which causes incorrect test failures.

e.g.
DockerImage blindly redirects to /dev/null causing all docker tests to fail on Windows.
core.ArtifactsTest blindly assumes the slave you have is a Unix like slave.
