When using the scrolling job configuration tabs in Jenkins 2.0 alpha3, there's a clumsy behavior when scrolling across tabs in that intermediate tabs will be highlighted "on the way" to the destination tab.

See the attached gif for an example, but I would expect that the intermediate tabs wouldn't highlight while scrolling
