Getting Started and Job configuration views should not use two different loading animations

      Description

      We now have the Getting Started "vertical bars" loading image and a different "circular pulse" loading image on the new Job Configuration view

      IMHO we should use one or the other, but not both

          I don't really care which one we use, but agree it should be the same.
