Not all admins wants to store the default files which are automatically included by this plugin.
I would like that i, as user, am in control which files are included and which are not.

I my case i really don't want to commit any of the job configuration files to a GIT repo.

Can you add a checkbox which if disabled don't include the defaults files.
Then with the Manual synchronization includes option i can select the files i want to include.
