Documentation available but not showing for "Clean test reports?"

      Running on MacOSX Yosemite 10.10.5
      XCode 7.2

      The "Clean test reports?" checkbox seems to have a description available but the help tooltip does not appear on the configuration page of the plugin (see attached screenshot).

      I am not sure why there are 2 files in webapp folder so I believe there is a reason for that?
