Windows installer doesn't actually remove Jenkins

      This may or may not be a "feature" but the Window installer's "Remove" functionality doesn't remove C:\Program Files\Jenkins, it apparently just stops and removes the service.

      When I say Remove, I mean Remove!

          IMHO it's rather an RFE for a better dialog, which would ask the user about the files deletion

          With the new installer, it leaves the logs from the Jenkins. MSI installers generally don't remove files that they don't install. We could possibly add something that would manually delete the directory if the user desires, similar to other applications that ask if you want to remove all settings and such as well.
