Manage Jenkins / Configure System
Enter location in field URL of theme CSS
https://myjenkinsserver/userContent/my.css
Check CSS is applied -> correct
Restart Jenkins
https://myjenkinsserver/restart
Check CSS is applied -> not applied anymore
Check contents field URL of theme CSS -> field is empty
