Artifact resolver doesnt update snapshot artifacts

      Good day,
      We are using repository-connector plugin (version 1.1.2) for resolving maven snapshot artifacts from a plain maven repo. Unfortunately, it fails to update artifacts when they gets updated in the repo even though I set "Snapshot update policy" to always in artifact resolver build step.

      Probably it have to do with the fact that snapshot artifacts dont change their versions on update? (I guess it's the norm for snapshot versions)

          also working in 2.0.0, which will be released in the next few days. please be sure to check the plugin readme before upgrading so you are aware of incompatible changes.
