Overlapping of text while installing plugins

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Jenkins
      2. Configure Proxy
      3. Choose required plugins and proceed
        The download log is overlapping with the progress bar and the text is unreadable.

      After that Jenkins home page is not loading in full screen, it is showing as popup only.

      Browser: Chrome 49.0.2623.108.
      OS: Windows 7.
