In IE (11.162) when you go to the newJob page the "new item name" textbox gets focus.

This is handy but by giving it focus it removes the "New Item name..." text so you are clueless as to what you are supposed to do here.

On chrome, Edge and Firefox the text only disappears when you start typing not when you get focus.
