the plugin install wizard only installs plugins.

Many (but not all plugins) names end with "plugin" "Plugin" "Plug-on" (or some other variation on capitalization) which is just superflouse and eats screen realestate.

Hence the "plugin" bit should be stripped from the plugins name for display.

[JENKINS-33938] setup wizard always installs plugins - so just strip "plugin".

The Plugin Manager also shows the "plugin". Is there a reason this should behave differently from the Plugin Manager?

          fix plugin manager later?

basically this is a new UI so has the oppertunity to "do things better" tm

The layout of the new install wizard also makes this worse than the plugin manager (pick a plugin with a lot of dependencies and look at the amount of extra wrapping and space that is required).

kzantow choose a plugin with lots of dependencies in the install wizard (choose which plugins to install) and expand it's dependencies.
for some plugins this takes up twice (4) the amount of lines (2) that it needs to.
