ok button location in newJob UI

      the OK button is in the bottom left on the newJob page.

      On every other UI in the world with L2R T2B language it is in the bottom right.

      It just looks strange.

          FWIW: OK button was always in the bottom left, this wasn't regressed by the new UI.

          swashbuck1r agreed, but it was more indented previously.
          also noticed that the "Add" button to add the commment in JIRA is at the bottom left (maybe its a web thang?)
