Right now, only UserDefinedGlobalVariableSet gets rebuilt on a change to the global library repository. It'd be very handy to be able to contribute other calls to make (even if they're just a standard "rebuild" method on extensions of something) so that other plugins can take advantage of the global library repository for things other than UserDefinedGlobalVariables.
