Error with ResMerger in xcodebuild

    Description

      Projects that contain .rsrc files are failing when using the P4 Plug-in (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/P4+Plugin). using the older Perforce plug-in (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Perforce+Plugin) does not cause this issue:

      file /<pathtorsrcfile>/appResource.rsrc: ### /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/ResMerger - ERROR: eofErr
      Command /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/ResMerger failed with exit code 1

        • BUILD FAILED **

      The following build commands failed:
      ResMergerCollector /Users/builds/.jenkins/jobs/<jobname>/workspace/<path>/ResourceManagerResources/<jobname>.rsrc
      (1 failure)
