Currently in svn > location url, credentials, depth and directory can be maintained. In the UI there is another option called "Ignore externals" that will generate a tag called "ignoreExternalsOption".
This should be added to the location property.

Using the configure block for creating ignoreExternalsOption with truthy value is quite circuitous especially when adding multiple locations.
