Support Custom Text Files For Windows

      Config File Provider Plugin 2.10.1

      When I use the config file provider plugin for properties files, they do not open properly in notepad on windows. When viewing the file, the content all appears on one line.

      When I open the file with Notepad++, the line breaks appear. But the file appears to be in UNIX/OSX format.
