Bulk Builder builds all jobs in the first view instead of 'All'

      If you have a view which gets ordered before 'All' (like 'AAA') and leave the "Limit to jobs in view" option unchecked, the Bulk Builder plugin builds all Jobs in the first view instead of 'All'
