Same issue reported in #3391, but we don't have the Trac plugin and thus I
believe it is related to the Hudson.war itself.

When you look under the Source Code Management Section of a Job, there's a
Repository Browser drop down field. All Entries show "Associated Jira" as the entry.

We do have the ViewVC plugin installed, but this shows up whether or not it is
activated.

This is not a problem with either 1.290 or 1.292, but is a problem with 1.295.
Installing the older hudson.war fixes the problem. Installing 1.295 causes the
problem.
