"Suggested plugins" installation renders poorly on smaller resolutions

My test VM I set up for 1024x768, with an IE11 window slightly smaller than the screen size. When the Getting Started wizard starts installing plugins the textual progress messages get mashed on top of the progress bar and table of plugins (see screenshot).

Naturally, I would expect elements to either fit horizontally or wrap.

rtyler Reproduced in Firefox on OS X. Switches over to 'narrow mode' between 980 and 1000 px width.

Also, height less than ~660 px results in overlap of progress bar and progress tiles.

danielbeck I think this is a pretty minor issue, perhaps gusreiber would like to have at it...

kzantowdanielbeck I think this is exactly the sort of issue to tack into that 2.1 clean-up story we had been talking about, IMO. So I am happy to take it and do the typing. recena, if you have strong opinions about the particulars of the clean-up, you are welcome to take it, too. But I think the importance of the issue is already correctly characterized.
