JIRA-EXT not available as promotion build step

      When you are using the promotion plugin the jira-ext build step is not available as a promotion build step.

      I have a build where I get user manual input before part of the build starts. Then after that I want to update JIRAs with that value in it but the build step for JIRA-EXT is not available.

          petehayes oleg_nenashev - my project has a single Builder - do I need to do anything special to make it appear as a "promotion build step" in your promoted-builds-plugin?

          Okay, thanks Oleg. I'm able to reproduce the issue - my builder is indeed not showing up. I'll have to look into it.
