Custom Slack Notification is dropped when there is a combined Slack notification

    Description

      We configured a custom notification in our Slack notification, which works just fine when a single build is reported by itself. But it seems that when a bunch of messages from multiple builds are sent to Slack and it reports them, the custom message doesn't appear in Slack. See screen shots.
