I have an issue where Jenkins will happily be processing the contents of jobs that produce two xml files and correctly processes both of them and outputs the results.

Then for no clear reason in the logs only one of the xml files is processed. It remains in this state until I restart Jenkins and then both files are correctly processed until it falls over again.

I have been unable to find any reason for this sudden behaviour - there is no clear difference in the produced files and nothing obvious in the logs.
