There are views like OrganizationFolderEmptyView and MultiBranchProjectEmptyView to support empty views. These empty views make sense when a OrganizationFolder or MultiBranchProject do not have content indexed. I means repositories, branches or pull requests, depending of each case.

It should be ComputedFolder who handles this situation. In this way, all implementations based on ComputedFolder will able to use this concept (empty views).
