In case CPD does not find any issues, the created XML file is blank (filesize 0). While the Dry Plugin ignores this file, the Violation Plugin fails the build (Cannot parse XML).
Expected behaviour would be to behave as if an empty XML (<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><pmd-cpd></pmd-cpd>) was present, i.e. no issues found.
