      Hi , we are not able to restart jenkins , can you please help us with it.

          The only case when it may happen is the access to the Jenkins extensions before their full loading. Or a classloading issue on the startup.

          In both cases I cannot do anything without a full stacktrace, Jenkins version and the System log. If the issue still happens, please provide the data and reopen the issue
