When doing a parametrized build, it would be really usefull to add a checkbox
for validating that a parameter can't be empty. This is probably specific to
the string parameter and the file parameter, but it should be really helpful.

I can add a shell script to make sure the parameter is there and fail the build
if not. But it would be interesting to not even start the build if the value is
not entered by the user.
