Add option to show code for an instance of a Pipeline job

      Currently, to show the pipeline code that was run for a particular job you need to click "Replay". There should be an option either on that same menu or under "Pipeline Steps" that shows the pipeline code that was run for this job without offering/requiring permissions to run a new job.

          Note that you can choose to grant your users Run/Replay without granting them Job/Configure.
