Hudson sometimes gets into a race condition and continually rebuilds

During a build it attempts to check the repository version and fails
with the message

Workspace doesn't contain http://svnhost/svn/coolprojecy/trunk. Need a new build
Done. Took 11 ms
Changes found

And then schedules a new build, even though no changes have been checked into
the repository.
This can continue ad-infinitum
