Update documentation to show "inclusions" feature.

      This a great plugin! It is super easy to get working with maven projects.

      The addition of "includesFile" feature works well, but the documentation doesn't show how to use it. The demo shows it working, but it requires reading and understanding of the demo. Documentation on the plugin's main page (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Parallel+Test+Executor+Plugin) doesn't mention it. I'm working on a blog post that will show the includesFile being used, it would be great if the documentation were up-to-date, so I could point to it.

          Go ahead and update it. Or more likely the bulk of the wiki page should just be tossed out and link to your blog instead.
