API to list available repositories for an owner

      For a given "branch source" (github, bitbucket), a user can be provides a list of repositories.

      In Scope

      • For a given branchSource type (github, bitbucket) and an owner, return a list of repos
      • Essentially echoing the github or bitbucket api response
      • Take an optional credential name to use to access the branch source

      Out of scope

      • management of the credential
