Developer can favourite a pipeline from the dashboard

      End result is that you can toggle on or off a favourite

      In Scope:

      • Toggling on/off a favourite
      • Favouriting from the dashboard favourites the "default branch" (aka master) of the pipeline (a multi branch job)
      • Adds the card to the dashboard

          cliffmeyers I believe imeredith or coervivek added a way to favourite the "default branch" in the API without you having to search for the master branch
