From time to time both the nginx container and the jenkins containers crash.

There seems to be a fair bit of memory pressure on the master, but there may be other things. One the build workload is moved off to external slaves, may make sense to keep an eye on stability.

Some of the logs (eg access logs) are inside the container, but could be written to the host via bind mount (aids with diagnosing).
