Jenkins 2.9.1

Firefox latest stable (as of 6/17/2016) on Windows 7

SetupWizard, when downloading the "suggested plugins", will just sit there doing nothing once it has completed downloading some and failing some. It appears as if it's still "working" but is in fact doing nothing. I finally gave up and hit refresh. Hitting refresh in browser shows the desired screen saying "yo, some plugins failed to download, want to try again", so that's good, but this is not ideal.
