If you add a type restriction, you cannot remove all type restrictions

      1. Go to Manage Jenkins > Configure Credentials
      2. Add two restrictions and save. Restrictions are saved and applied.
      3. Remove one of the restrictions, no matter which one and save. Restriction is deleted and not applied anymore.
      4. Remove the other remaining restriction and save. Restriction cannot be deleted
