RUN falsely showing up that running that isn't running at all

      Reproduction

      1. Browse to https://ci.blueocean.io/blue/organizations/jenkins/jenkins-design-language/activity
      2. Scroll down to the 4th from the bottom
      3. Build 1 for master is building

      The REST says that it is "UNKNOWN" but also "RUNNING" - but it isn't running at all. . When you browse to classic the job is not running. Clearly API has spent too much time in the hot bath

      This is a really old run record, the fact that it is #1 doesnt' seem a co-incidence.
