Allow users to disable/hide the test-results-analyzer-plugin per job

      Currently the "Test Results Analyzer" link is visible in all jobs.
      However not all Jenkins job can be test-related (such as build automation).

      It would be beneficial if we could enable/disable/hide the plugin in a job configuration.
