Provide variable expansion in the external workspace manager configuration pages.
This would reduce repetition in configuration pages and job configurations that refer to workspace paths directly.
For example, an external custom workspace cleanup job, with its own cleanup policies, could use the global variables, rather than hardcode the paths to be cleaned up (repeating the same paths as in the configuration pages).
