Rebuild miss original input parameters when JSON input parameter block is more than 2MB

      Extended Choice Parameter Plug-In 0.74

      My JSON input parameters block includes file-uploading (media) type,
      and I use "save parameter to file".

      When the JSON file is about 5.1MB,
      the Jenkins rebuild is failed to get the input parameters from the previous build,
      and shows up as empty string field.
