No Configuration UI

      I tried installing this plugin on a fresh Jenkins 2.11 install. I see no configuration UI in the Manage Jenkins page whatsoever. I tried looking through the logs for logstash, and I only see the startup statement:

      Jun 29, 2016 9:25:52 AM jenkins.plugins.logstash.PluginImpl start
      INFO: Logstash: a logstash agent to send jenkins logs to a logstash indexer.
