Developer should see the Tests tab first if the failure is due to tests

      In Scope

      • If a developer opens a failing run and the cause of the test failure then the Test tab should be shown instead of the Pipeline tab.
      • If a a developer is watching a running pipeline on the pipeline result screen and it transitions to the failing state because of a test failure, the tab should automatically change to show the failing tests.

            I think this is a good idea. One way to test it is see if people hate it

            A compromise would be to show a attention "bar" at the top of the main pipeline result screen saying "HEY THERE ARE 3 NEW TEST FAILURES click here" or something, but I like the idea of this.

            What I really want is for it to put the exact test failures in the PR comment if it is github but that is another issue
