In Scope

• If a developer opens a failing run and the cause of the test failure then the Test tab should be shown instead of the Pipeline tab.
• If a a developer is watching a running pipeline on the pipeline result screen and it transitions to the failing state because of a test failure, the tab should automatically change to show the failing tests.
