Jenkins ver. 1.651.3 SSL issue

      Windows 2008 with Jenkins ver. 1.651.3

      After upgrading to Jenkins ver. 1.651.3, we get the following error in the Rally Plugin: "uninitialized constant OpenSSL::SSL"

      If we downgrade to Jenkins ver. 1.642.4, the plugin works fine.

      Please advise.
