Add compatibility for Mantis 1.3.x

      When trying to add note to a Mantis 1.3.0 installation, the following error happens:

      [MANTIS] Failed to add note to Mantis issue #hudson.plugins.mantis.changeset.SubversionChangeSet@4a53e4de (cause: org.xml.sax.SAXException: Bad envelope tag: div).

      It would be nice if the plugin could be updated to support the new version of Mantis

          It is working here.
          Setup:
          Jenkins 1.651.3
          MantisBT 1.3.0
          mantis plugin 0.26

          Sorry, you are correct, I have tried on another Mantis installation and it works fine.
          For what it's worth, it also works fine with Mantis 2.0.0.
